1. What is sizzlingalary.com all about?

Sizzlingalary.com is all about cosmetic products displaying a wide range of skin care, face care, and overall body care produce.

2. Do your products cause any ill effects?

Our products are all dermatologically tested that signifies that these are suitable for most skin types. If you are still doubtful of these, you can test them on a small portion of your skin before applying them as a whole.

3. Do you have free samples to test?

We do not have any free samples to distribute as of now. The customer has to buy the small quantity or size if they want to try for suitability.

4. Is there any possibility to buy them from a physical retail store?

We do not own any physical retail store at present. Hence, our consumers have to purchase the products from our website itself.

5. Can I buy for my friend or relative who lives elsewhere?

Yes, sure you can. One can buy for themselves as well as any other by making edits in the address section. Though it is still impossible to send one product at different locations in one go; the consumers have to do this by checking out multiple times with edits in addresses each time.

6. How many products am I allowed to buy at a time?

You can buy as many products as you desire as we don’t have any restrictions on that matter if these are available in stock.

7. How many days will it take to get the delivery if I buy today?

Depending on the shipment you choose, the delivery time varies. If you are opting for Airmail shipping, it will take no more then 3 days to receive the package, whereas in case of Registered shipping you will be getting it within 4 or 5 days.

8. Can I track my order(s)?

Yes, anyone who has made a confirmed payment can track their order once that is dispatched from our warehouse.

9. What if I never receive my order?

There can be many reasons why one doesn’t get the delivery. The first being writing the wrong or incomplete address. If that is not the case, it is highly unlikely that it might get lost in the midst of a transmission. In any of the cases, you are requested to contact us as soon as possible. Our team will investigate the matter to decide whether you are eligible to get a refund or not.
