Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy lets customers know the important details about how we ship their purchased goods and other related processes. The customers can trust that their order will be punctually processed and securely delivered. We request you to read this Shipping policy correctly before moving to purchase. Please note that orders are arranged to despatch within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.

SIZZLINGALARY IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. Orders received on these days will be prepared on the following working day only.

We perform two types of delivery with respect to its duration - Registered shipping and Airmail shipping.

The Registered shipping is arranged to deliver the parcel within 5 days of order. The Airmail shipping requires only 2-3 days. Please note that our website marks Registered shipping by default, so the customer has to choose the Airmail shipping to get the package delivered fast.

The amount of any of these two shipping modes will be presented at the check-out page. The Airmail shipping may cost more than Registered shipping method as it is specially systematized to deliver fast. The price displayed at the checkout comprises the shipping charges from our country/state to your country/state. In case there is an extra charge that local authorities in your country or state charge from you, you are supposed to learn and pay that amount. If you do not pay the outstanding amount within the due date stipulated by the authority you may not receive your package. Sizzlingalary will not be liable if your package is held due to the non-payment of that extra charge.

We always recommend checking the address again and again to make sure that it is correct before submitting. It is very important to provide the correct address for delivery. Wrongly delivered product may be difficult to get a return or cancellation option. Packages returned due to the absence of a receiver will be held at the postal/parcel office for a duration. It is better to be present at the address at the time delivery or arrange a trustful person if the buyer cannot be there. The customer has to collect the package held at postal/ delivery office ASAP.

Whatever the case may be, If you have not received the package and if it is not present in the courier/post office, notify us quickly. Our customer support examines the trail of the package. So make sure to give the correct address, be present at the place and also pay the extra charges your government or courier/post office claim.

Sizzlingalary may pause or stop delivery duties if any unexpected events like a natural disaster, man-made hindrance, atomic explosion, riots, curfew, etc. appear. In case we conclude an order we will refund the full amount.
